Best Banana Bread

This is it, my tried-and-true banana bread recipe! With less sugar and more fiber, this recipe does not disappoint in flavor and moisture.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour

  • 1 cup Almond Meal

  • 1 ¼ tsp Baking Powder

  • ½ tsp Baking Soda

  • ½ tsp Cinnamon

  • ½ cup Pure Cane Sugar

  • 1 Tbsp Real Maple Syrup

  • 1/3 cup Canola oil

  • 2 Eggs

  • 2 Tbsp Milk, Can add 1-2 more if batter is dry

  • 3 Ripe Bananas

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, beat sugar, maple syrup, and oil until fluffy. Then add eggs and milk and beat until combined. Next slowly add the dry ingredients in while stirring. Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth, then fold into batter. Grease a standard loaf pan and pour the batter in and bake at 350 for 55-65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. For a 12-count muffin pan, bake for 20-25 minutes.
