Pumpkin spice Latte Landscape.jpeg

If you think pumpkin spice is nice, then this latte is for you! Made with real pureed pumpkin, this version leaves out all the added sugar and delivers on taste with a trio of spices. This recipe can be doubled, assembled in a big batch to share, or made as a single serving to savor all by yourself.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Milk, or unsweetened almond milk

  • 3 tbsp Canned or fresh pumpkin puree

  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp Agave syrup (optional)

  • 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg)

  • 2 ounces Espresso (or ½ cup hot coffee for a Pumpkin Spiced Misto)

Directions:

Combine milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and optional agave in a small saucepan and heat over medium while whisking until small bubbles form and mixture appears frothy (~ 160°F). Do not bring to a boil. Next add espresso or coffee into a large mug and pour the pumpkin foamed milk on top. Sprinkle with optional pumpkin pie spice and enjoy!
